How long will it take to get my work back?
This depends on both the type of work you are sending and the level of editing required. When you send your initial email, provide details of the length of document and level of editing you think is necessary and we will provide an indication of when you can expect your work back.
Who will have access to my document?
Your document will not be disclosed to any third party and will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
How will I know what changes you have made?
We will clearly outline any edits and will provide you with accompanying feedback detailing common errors or areas which require further attention. At your request, we will also use the 'track changes' feature of Microsoft Word which enables you to clearly see corrections and allows you to accept or refuse each one.
How can I send my document?
Please send your document as an attachment via email with an additional message highlighting any specific requirements you may have. If you wish to send a hard copy you may post your document as a paper copy or on a CD. It is advisable to send this recorded delivery and always keep a copy yourself.
